TERMS & CONDITIONS
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to manage orders for products and/or services between on the one hand YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE), and on the other hand, any person placing an order on the site www.yogaplace.fr via Eversports.fr reservation platform (“Customer”).
The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions at the time of placing any order and expressly declares to accept them unreservedly. YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE), however, reserves the right to modify its Terms and Conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable Terms and Conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order.
YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE) Carnets de cours and Cartes Cadeaux are personal and are not transferable to another person. Carnets de cours and Cartes Cadeaux have their own price and validity period (see Tarifs and Cartes Cadeaux on Eversports.fr).
The Customer expressly and irrevocably acknowledges and accepts the following:
The Customer understands that the practice of yoga involves physical movement and that such practice carries some risk of injury. He takes full responsibility to stay within her own capabilities and will not hold YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE), any of their teachers or assistants responsible for any injuries.
The Customer undertakes to inform YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE) of his medical history and to provide YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE) with a medical certificate less than three months old at the request of the teacher. If the medical certificate indicates that the Customer is not fit to practice the ordered activity, YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE) is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship with the Customer concerned, who will be reimbursed for any or part of the services ordered based on the services already consumed.
The Customer understands that a medical certificate is required for taking any of our yoga classes offered by YOGA Place (Elena Lysak, IE) during pregnancy, and undertakes to give it to the teacher before going to the chosen activity.
The Customer acknowledges his responsibility to tell a teacher if he do not wish them to adjust him, if a hands-on adjustment doesn’t feel right or if a pose doesn’t feel appropriate for him.
