"Making the practices Inclusive and Accessible is a social responsibility in upholding the truest essence of Yoga"
Shawnee Thornton Hardy
I believe in the power of Yoga.
As a teacher, I see the positive impact of the practice on my students.
As a student, I live this experience through my body, my mind and my soul every time I step onto my mat.
I consider Yoga to be a universal practice that is open to everyone, regardless of age, physical appearance, social background, race or ethnicity.
I decided to create YOGA Place in order to offer a safe place, where people can practice without being judged for their physical, mental, cognitive abilities.
As a teacher, I am committed to offering this place of refuge to anyone wishing to practice with me. And I very much appreciate their trust.
YOGA Place is also a place that each person gives to the practice in their life, in their heart and in their soul.
As a teacher, I get involved with practitioners by giving them my ear and all my necessary support.
And it is never too late to start practicing Yoga!
