"We teach students a little of what they want and a lot of what they need"
Linda Munro
I have been practicing yoga since 2012.
Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I have been teaching Ashtanga Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga since 2020. Likewise, I am certified in Restorative Yoga (50h Teacher Training with Judith Hanson Lasater and Lizzie Lasater) and in Chair Yoga (40h Chair Based Yoga Teacher Training with Maria Jones). I am authorized to teach Hatha Yoga with Yoga Wall (16h Yoga Wall Teacher Training with Estefania LLedó).
I also took training in Yoga and Mindfulness for Children & Youth with Complex Needs including autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, anxiety, depression (RCYT 200).
I graduated in 2024 in Yoga Therapy (Institut de Yoga Thérapie de Lionel Coudron), a technique that combines the millennial experience of yoga with modern science.
Likewise, I continue to develop my knowledge by focusing on neurodiversity in children, adolescents and adults, and the care that Yoga can bring to these people. Today, these different titles and my experience allow me to focus on teaching Accessible Yoga to a wide and diverse audience: people with physical, neurological and mental disabilities, the elderly, kids and teens with specific needs, etc.
I believe in Yoga with all my heart!
Teacher and always a student, I live it every day, and I invite you to share this experience with me.
